Terms of Service for Reeloot

1. About Reeloot

Reeloot is a digital marketplace platform that connects:

• Customers/Event Organizers ("Clients")
• Content Creators/Photographers/Videographers ("Creators")

Clients can book creators for events, celebrations, corporate functions, influencer shoots, and content creation services through the Platform.

Reeloot acts solely as a technology platform facilitating bookings and payments and is not a direct provider of photography, videography, or content creation services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old; or
• Have parental/legal guardian consent if permitted by applicable law.
• Provide accurate registration information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• Protecting login credentials.
• All activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

• Share accounts.
• Create fake profiles.
• Impersonate others.
• Use automated bots or scripts.

4. Creator Registration

Creators must:

• Provide accurate identity information.
• Upload genuine portfolio content.
• Maintain professional conduct.
• Deliver services as agreed.

Reeloot reserves the right to verify creator information and remove creators who violate these Terms.

5. Booking Process

1. Clients submit booking requests.
2. Creators may accept or reject requests.
3. Booking becomes confirmed upon payment completion.
4. Both parties receive booking details.

Reeloot does not guarantee creator availability.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or other approved providers.

Clients agree to pay:

• Booking Amount
• Platform Fee (if applicable)
• Applicable taxes, if any

Creators will receive payouts after successful completion of services, subject to deductions of platform commissions or fees.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

• More than 72 hours before event: Full refund excluding payment gateway charges.
• Within 72 hours: Refund may be partial or unavailable.
• After creator arrival or service commencement: No refund.

Creator Cancellation

If a creator cancels:

• Client may receive a full refund.
• Reeloot may attempt to arrange a replacement creator.

Force Majeure

Refunds may be handled case-by-case for natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Creator Payouts

Creators shall receive payouts only after:

• Successful completion of the booking.
• No active dispute exists.
• Required verification documents are submitted.

Reeloot reserves the right to hold payouts during investigations.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Ensure safe working conditions.
• Obtain venue permissions when required.
• Cooperate with creators during service delivery.

Clients shall not engage in abusive, threatening, unlawful, or discriminatory conduct.

10. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree to:

• Arrive on time.
• Deliver services professionally.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Respect client privacy.
• Deliver promised content within agreed timelines.

Repeated poor performance may result in account suspension.

11. Content Ownership

Client Content

Clients retain ownership of content they upload.

Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their original creative work unless otherwise agreed.

Platform License

By uploading content, you grant Reeloot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Display content on the Platform.
• Promote Reeloot services.
• Improve platform functionality.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Upload illegal content.
• Infringe copyrights or trademarks.
• Harass other users.
• Manipulate ratings or reviews.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

13. Ratings & Reviews

Clients and creators may leave reviews.

Reeloot may remove reviews that are:

• False
• Offensive
• Defamatory
• Fraudulent
• Misleading

14. Intellectual Property

All rights in:

• Reeloot branding
• Logos
• Software
• Designs
• Features
• Content

remain the exclusive property of Sreenika Studios India Private Limited.

No user may copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute platform materials without written permission.

15. Privacy

Your use of Reeloot is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disputes Between Users

Reeloot is not a party to contracts between clients and creators.

While we may assist in dispute resolution, we are not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

Final decisions regarding refunds or payout holds remain at Reeloot's discretion.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeloot shall not be liable for:

• Creator performance issues.
• Missed events.
• Delayed content delivery.
• Loss of profits.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Technical interruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid through the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reeloot, Sreenika Studios India Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

19. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraud.
• Abuse the Platform.
• Cause harm to other users.

Users may request account deletion at any time.

20. Modifications to Services

Reeloot may:

• Modify features.
• Introduce new services.
• Change pricing.
• Suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform.

Reasonable notice will be provided where required.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
